By signing this agreement, and/or using any services from MY IT MANAGER ("We", "our", or "us"), You ("You", "Customer", or "Your" means you or, for services designed for businesses, the legal entity that you are authorized to represent, and on whose behalf the services are purchased) are indicating your acceptance of, and agree to bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below, as well as additional terms indicated on our website's terms page, located at: https://my365tech/terms. Under no circumstances shall MY IT MANAGER be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages that are directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, our services, even if we had been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall we have any liability to you for any damages, losses, or causes of action, for more than the purchase price of any services you purchased from us in the applicable transaction. Use of our service is completely at your own risk. Our services are limited to a 30-day warranty.
Amendments To Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to periodically update this agreement. The complete latest copy of the Terms and Conditions is available on our website's terms page (https://my365tech/terms). By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge agreement to such amendments.
Credit Card and/or ACH Debit Authorization:
By signing below, I hereby authorize MY IT MANAGER to initiate charges to my credit card or initiate an ACH debit. Credit card and/or checking account info collected by our Agents will be filed and authorized for future debiting to pay for any fees for our services and/or products sold. If I chose a subscription-based plan over the phone, I authorize recurring transactions in accordance to the plan terms.
Cancellation and Refunds
Monthly and annual protection plans may be cancelled at any time, for any reason. However, refunds are available ONLY on annual protection plans, and eligible refunds are subject to proration and deductions for some services rendered. Annual Protection Plan refunds will be prorated for any prepaid months remaining AFTER the current month. Refunds for the prepaid annual my365tech Premium and Small Office protection plans will be subject to a $25 deduction for each onsite visit, in addition to the monthly proration. No refunds for monthly plans.
